مشكلات التخطيط التربوي لدى المدراء ومدى تأثيرها على العمليات التربوية في المدارس الخاصة في مدينة صيدا

هدفت الدراسة للتعرف إلى مشكلات التخطيط التربوي لدى مدراء المدارس الخاصة في مدينة صيدا و مدى تأثيرها على العملية التربوية، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة و الإجابة عن تساؤلاتها تم تطوير استبيان إلكتروني كأداة لجمع البيانات، تم التحقق من صدقها و ثباتها وفقا للطرق العلمية المتعارف عليها في مثل هذه الحالات. تألفت عينة الدراسة من (59) معلما و معلمة من مدرستين من مدارس خاصة في مدينة صيدا للعام 2022- 2023 ، و بنسبة 30% تقريبا من مجتمع الدراسة، و تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية من بين أفراد مجتمع الدراسة البالغ عددهم (162) معلما و معلمة. و تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للحصول على نتائج الدراسة.
توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج عديدة و من أهمها:
- مدراء المدارس الخاصة في مدينة صيدا يواجهون مشاكل في التخطيط التربوي لامتلاك البعض مهارات منخفضة تجاه هذا النوع من التخطيط.
- تحسين عملية التخطيط التربوي يساهم في تحسين العملية التربوية لجهة تطوير العنصر البشري في المدرسة.
- تحسين عملية التخطيط التربوي يساهم في تحسين العملية التربوية لجهة تطوير بيئة العمل في المدرسة.
- اظهرت النتائج أنه يوجد تأثير لمشكلات التخطيط التربوي لدى المدراء على العمليات التربوية في المدارس الخاصة في مدينة صيدا.
و في ضوء هذه النائج تم عرض بعض التوصيات أهمها:
- وضع معايير عالية في توظيف مدير المدرسة.
- التخفيف من الأعباء الملقاة على عاتق المعلمين من أجل إنتاجية أفضل.
- النظرة الواقعية للتخطيط التربوي من حيث ربط المناهج بمتطلبات سوق العمل.
- عقد دورات خاصة بالتخطيط التربوي لمدراء المدارس الخاصة.

Summary of the Study
The study sought to determine the extent to which educational planning issues among Sidon’s private school principals affected the quality of instruction. An electronic questionnaire was created as a data gathering tool to help the study accomplish its goals and respond to its inquiries. According to the accepted scientific procedures in these situations, this questionnaire was verified. The research sample, which included up (59) male and female instructors from two private schools in Sidon for the academic year 2022–2023, was chosen at random from the Sidon study population. These teachers made up around 30% of the study population. (162) Teachers, all sexes. The descriptive analytical method was employed to arrive at the study’s findings.
The most significant findings of the study were the following:
– Principals of private schools in Sidon face problems in educational planning because of having low skills towards this type of planning.- Improving the educational planning process contributes to improving the educational process in terms of developing the human element in the school.- Improving the educational planning process contributes to improving the educational process in terms of developing the work environment in the school.- The findings demonstrated that the educational processes in the private schools in Sidon are impacted by the principals’ issues with educational planning. Several recommendations were made in light of these findings, with the following standing out as the most important:– Setting high standards in hiring the school principal.- Reducing the burden on teachers for better productivity.- Paying attention to the psychological aspect of students, guiding them technically and professionally, and working to increase their motivation to learn.- A practical perspective on educational planning that links the curricula to the demands of the job market.- Holding educational planning courses for private school principals.
