الاستخراج الآلي لاختصاص الأستاذ من السيرة الذاتية

مُلخّص

تناول هذا البحث موضوع استخراج اختصاص الأستاذ من السيرة الذاتية آليًا، وتم ذلك من خلال تصميم برنامج ذكي يقوم بقراءة وتحليل البيانات الخاصة بالسير الذاتية للأساتذة، ومن ثم إضافتها إلى قاعدة بياناته الخاصة.

تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأما بالنسبة للبرنامج ولغة البرمجة المستخدمين فهما برنامج (Visual Studio[3]) ولغة (C#.net[4]). وقد انقسم البرنامج إلى قسمين القسم الأول هو الواجهة التفاعلية مع المستخدم، والقسم الثاني هو قسم قراءة السير الذاتية وتحليل نصوصها وذلك بالبحث على كلمات مفتاحية في النصوص تساعد على معرفة اختصاص الأستاذ.

ولهذا العمل أهمية كبيرة في المؤسسات، والتي تتمثل في توفيره للجهد والوقت والتكلفة في اختيار الشخص المناسب في المكان المناسب، من دون تدخل بشري يخضع في بعض الأحيان للميول البشرية والتي تساهم في وضع الشخص في المكان الغير المناسب.

كما سيكون هذا العمل أساسًا يُعتمد عليه في الأبحاث المستقبلية التابعة لمجال استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في المعالجة الآلية للسير الذاتية.

 ABSRTACT

This research dealt with the issue of automatically extracting the competence of the professor from the CV, and this was done by designing a smart program that reads and analyzes the data on the CVs of the professors, and then adds them to its own database.

The analytical descriptive approach was adopted, and as for the software and programming language used, they are (Visual Studio) and (C#.net). The program was divided into two parts, the first section is the interactive interface with the user, and the second section is the section for reading CVs and analyzing their texts by searching for keywords in the texts that help to know the competence of the professor.

This work is of great importance in institutions, which is represented in saving effort, time and cost in choosing the right person in the right place, without human intervention that is sometimes subject to human tendencies that contribute to putting the person in the wrong place.

This work will also be a basis for future research on the use of artificial intelligence in the automated processing of CVs.
