كفايات مدراء المدارس الابتدائية وأثرها على كفايات المعلمين وفق معايير الجودة الشاملة

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى كفايات مدراء المدارس الإبتدائية وأثرها على كفايات المعلمين وفق معايير الجودة الشاملة(المدارس الخاصة في صيدا نموذجاً )، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملاءمته موضوع البحث، وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من مدراء المدارس الخاصة الابتدائية في صيدا وعددهم (5) ومعلمي المدارس الخاصة وعددهم(48) ،

حيث اعتمدت الباحثة على الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات حول المشكلة محل الدراسة. ولقد بينت نتائج الدراسة امتلاك المدراء للكفايات الإدارية ومنها كفايات التخطيط والتنظيم المدرسي، كفايات الإشراف التربوي وكفايات التقويم وجاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، وامتلاك المعلمين للكفايات التعليمية وفقا لمعايير الجودة الشاملة وجاءت جميعها بدرجة مرتفعة. كما بينت الدراسة وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين امتلاك مدراء المدراس للكفايات وتأثيرها على امتلاك المعلمين للكفايات التعليمية. وانه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) لجهة امتلاك المدراء للكفايات تعزى لمتغير الجنس والمؤهل العلمي، بينما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجة امتلاك المعلمين للكفايات التعليمية تعزى لمتغير الجنس وسنوات الخبرة والمؤهل العلمي.

The study aimed to identify the competencies of primary school principals and their impact on the competencies of teachers according to comprehensive quality standards (private schools in Saida as a model). 5) and teachers of private schools (48), where the researcher relied on the questionnaire as a main tool for collecting data on the problem under study. The results of the study showed that principals possessed administrative competencies, including competencies of school planning and organization, competencies of educational supervision and competencies of evaluation, which came to a high degree, and teachers’ possession of educational competencies according to comprehensive quality standards, all of which came to a high degree. The study also showed that there is a statistically significant relationship between school principals’ possession of competencies and its impact on teachers’ possession of educational competencies. And that there are no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) in terms of the principals’ possession of competencies due to the variable of gender and educational qualification, while there are statistically significant differences between the degree of teachers’ possession of educational competencies due to the variable of sex, years of experience and qualification.
